We are conveniently based in the central belt of Scotland, a 30 minute drive from the Forth Road Bridge and only an hour from Glasgow.
We operate from our premises in Fife where we undertake the major projects but for your convenience we also offer a mobile service and we will undertake work throughout the UK.
machine polishing (also known as paint correction of) car paint finishes. This process will remove most paint imperfections like Swirl Marks, Hazing, Surface Scratches and Faded paint. Then once this has been done a full selection of Acrylic, Polymer Sealants or Caranuba Waxes can be applied to your paint to protect and to leave you with that Ultimate Shine.
The process of paint correction is not for the faint hearted and involves a great deal of time and patience. Using a Rotary Polishing Machine with different cutting compounds and different graded polishing pads & using the machine @ speeds between 660rpm & 1800rpm. This can be a risky process in the wrong hands as this could cause serious damage to your paint finish as the heat generated in this process can burn paint and plastics.
We are constantly studying the market place for better products to use to give the Ultimate Finish to your prized possession. It is not always the most expensive products that leave you with a jaw dropping finish.
It is my belief in only using the best selection of products available on the market and my ultimate goal is to amaze customers with my finished results. I use different grades of polishing compounds and a selection of machine polishing pads to repair and refine the finish on the vehicle and once I am happy with the results I will then decide what LSP (Last Stage Product) to use.
I will then treat the vehicle paint to a selection of Fine Caranuba Wax or I may decide to use an Acrylic, Polymer or synthetic sealant for that ULTIMATE SHINE.
I will make sure the paint is corrected and protected!
Due to the 'credit crunch' people are holding onto their existing car for longer, where they might have otherwise traded it in for a new model. Thanks to the different services I offer, this is no longer the 'second best' option as I can make your car look as good if not better than new.
